Made for everyday home sous vide cooking, this 12-quart rectangular polycarbonate container has a flip-open hinged lid that gives easy access to your food and convenient water refills. The thicker split-hinge lid is built for repeated opening and closing and helps reduce water evaporation and heat loss during long cooks. It is compatible with several Anova and Instant Pot sous vide cookers.
